After Installation
The sales representative and the installer for A1 Solar where both professional and curtious. However, I purchased 7 solar panels and upon installation (last fall) only 6 panels worked. On numerous occasions, I text the salesman regarding this and even took a picture of the read out that showed 6/7 working. He told me several times that someone would contact me - that never happened. Now when you look at the read out it says 6 of 6 working. So, why is it that I have 7 panels on my roof?
