Clearly the worst technical support in the industry- probably any industry!! They keep you on hold for an hour blasting you with a repeated message on how great their support is and then hang up on you after an hour!! They did this three times this week alone!! Absolutely horrible non- existent service!!!! And my inverter just keeps shutting down for no reason/ almost daily now!!!
