Before spending so much money on solar panels do yourself a favor and do complete research of what could go wrong with your investment. I don't like to write reviews good or bad but I am at the end of my rope. My solar inverter stopped working in June of 2022, I did not notice until my electric bill started to be way too high over $600.00. I have tried to have the problem resolved since August to no help. I have tried with the Project Manager then with SolarEdge Support, they ask me to leave a number and they never call back. I e-mailed them several times and they don't answer they just add me to their marketing events email distribution. In September I received from the Project Manager a case #3364633 RMA and that an inverter will be mailed to my house. We are at the end of November now and I have not received the shipment. At this point I have no way to communicate with someone to resolve this problem. I wish I could give 0 stars. I am trying to save this review and does not let me input that Arcadia Electric Solar installed the Inverter, only let me choose Arcadia Solar and they are not the ones.
