Arcadia Solar

I have attempted to contact Arcadia solar several times, left them messages even emailed them and still have not heard back from anyone. I bought my solar panels in 2015 and they are degrading terribly. I needed someone to call me back to find out if they were going to take care of this or if the Manufacturer warranty has to take care of this. I have not heard back from anyone. Do not do business with this company.

My mom has been struggling since she has purchased her solar with this company since 2019. Her solar panels were paid in cash and has been getting high SRP bills ever since. They have came out a couple of times and only has credits from the energy provider for $3 or even $0.45! I am not too familiar with solar but does appear this is not how it should go! It’s hard to get a hold of anyone and when they do act t like they are doing something nothing is ever followed up. Do not go with these people for lack of communication once that transaction is processed!!!!

Inverter

So my inverter has failed once again! This is the second inverter that has failed on my system in less than 2 years and the only thing I got told was the inverter they use is the best product out there, well the best product or any product except for cheap products fail on a consistent basis. I asked the service department what the lifespan of these inverters was and he couldn't tell me. For the last inverter that failed I had to wait multiple weeks for the new one to be delivered and Arcadia installed it when it came in, luckily it was in the winter so we only paid one month to NV Energy. Now my current inverter has also failed and I am paying over $300 plus the solar loan when I talked to customer service this time they said they do not do the installation on warranty items so now I have to wait another week after I receive the inverter for someone to contact me from I am not sure where to set up the install so I might end up paying another $330 energy bill. The reason to get solar is to reduce the cost of your energy bill if I had known this would be a consistent problem I would of just not gotten solar panels.

About 3 years ago I got my solar thru Arcadia. Everything went smoothly, no complaints. Now I am in need of repair service as my solar stopped working. I sent 2 emails and I left message with a man who said he'd get it to the service dept. I have NOT heard back. My APS bill is increasing and I need my solar back on. I may be changing my review.... Update.. I just received a call from service tech. Tech should be coming out by Tue. ALL FIXED 😊😊😊😊😊

NOT HAPPY

I was excited about getting solar panels until I realized I didn't get what I thought I was getting! I was told by one of the companies representives that this was going to save me money when in reality it has cost me more! Was told I would just have the payment of the panels and then would just have to pay srp the use of their box outside. For months my electric bill has gone up and when I finally called Arcadia about my panels I learned that I only have enough panels to off set 50% not 100% Had I known my house was not a good fit I would have never gotten them!!!! Not to mention that the loan through goodleap didn't bother to tell me that the tax right off that im supposed to send to them to keep my bill low does not come all in one year! So I have to come up with $7500 so my payment doesnt go up! I'm so irritated about all of this that I don't want these panels anymore!!! I totally got screwed and its cost me money I dont have!

Failed to fix

My Solar stopped producing September 13, appointment made for October 9 to fix. Over 3 weeks of not producing and Arcadia fails to come to the appointment they set up. I do not recommend.

After listening to several solar panel pitches from other companies we decided to go with Arcadia Solar. Teresa Koon was very professional, honest and her ability to explain the entire process was exemplary. Her conscientious effort to follow-up with us to ensure everything was going according to plans and to answer any questions has been commendable.

Quality install ! Owning my power now and love it

Arcadia has done my home, My Mothers house, and plenty of neighbors and friends. Great experience they do all the heavy lifting with HOA, permits, and kept me informed. Install was fast, my system was up and running in no time. My expectations were met, and I have peace of mind knowing my system is working as promised and if I have issues I have a reliable contractor with great warranties on all the equipment. Look no further , Arcadia is the right choice !

Solar and Sonya

I never dreamed that getting solar for our home could be so convenient. Sonya is amazing, and the process was very smooth for us. I have not worked with a less professional company in my life. My solar is two years old and stopped producing energy. Called Arcadia they couldn’t give me a time or date someone could come out. Tech came out on a Monday unannounced fortunately I was home looked at the inverter and said hardware is bad. I need to come back. Came back on Wednesday again no scheduled time. Installed a new inverter and left with a word. Still not fixed and still not producing energy. Called back several times to get the run around and still no solar and still no closer to resolution. If you appreciate good customer service this isn’t the place. I essentially have a $30,000 paperweight on my roof. Stay away!

Terrible customer service. Our system has been down going on the 4th week now. The total time I have had 1 phone call from one tech who came out and replaced the inverter 10 days ago and the system is still not working. I have left messages on VM because no one answers the phone. No return calls. I finally talked to a person and they said they would have a tech call me, one week later still have not received a phone call. Here it is the summer time when the system would beneficial to have working and no response. Update after speaking with customer service they apologized for the breakdown in communication. The Solar leasing company admitted that they had provided inaccurate information as to when the system was actually back online. It turn out the system was down for 4 days only and not the 21 days that the solar leasing company website showed. Thank you for repairing the system quickly. Glad to hear the the communication problems have been resolved.

They are not honest people

Sales people dont tell you that on cloudy days pannels dont generate energy and you pay high energy bill from power conpny!!
