Battery Fire

I contracted Sun Fusion Energy Systems to install a home solar battery back up. The battery system was installed on December 6 and on December 15 the battery exploded and created a fire in my garage causing damage to my property. Walter Ellard came about 45 minutes later once the firefighters extinguished the fire stating that it was a loose busbar and told me that they would take care of everything and give me a refund or replace the battery. A day later the emailed me that told me that he determined that it was a loose busbar and that he was getting the refund put together. Fast forward to today December 28 he has decided to change his story and blame it on me stating I tampered with a 10 day old system, utterly absurd. He refuses to honor the warranty or do anything about it regarding the battery. This battery system was $44,870.00<br /><br />Jose G V
