VERY surprised to have my installation go so smoothly, especially here in San Carlos. I was referred to this company from my lawyer and decided to give them a shot.
Their Senior Rep, Robert Cassidy, came out to speak to us. We do NOT make decisions like this in the moment, but after going through this a few times, it was evident there was no reason to put it off any further.
Manny and team completed our installation. Rob came back out to walk us through the monitoring and PG&E interface. He also educated us why we should go out and buy space heaters to burn our credit (Which we did)
There are very few companies that have employees this passionate. Kudos to Rob, Manny & team.
