VERY surprised to have my installation go so smoothly, especially here in San Carlos. I was referred to this company from my lawyer and decided to give them a shot.<br /><br />Their Senior Rep, Robert Cassidy, came out to speak to us. We do NOT make decisions like this in the moment, but after going through this a few times, it was evident there was no reason to put it off any further.<br /><br />Manny and team completed our installation. Rob came back out to walk us through the monitoring and PG&E interface. He also educated us why we should go out and buy space heaters to burn our credit (Which we did)<br /><br />There are very few companies that have employees this passionate. Kudos to Rob, Manny & team.<br /><br />I thought I typed this review prior but apparently not.<br /><br />Regards - RD
