Solarponics was very informative on all aspects and considerations for installing solar electric systems. They were not "hard-sell" at all. They were more concerned with educating us on the details so that we could make an informed decision rather than selling us a solar system. Once we made a decision, the qualification, permitting, installation and post installation testing and follow up went extremely well. Our sales person, who educated us from the beginning, was very involved, and a continuing resource throughout the installation and post-installation process. There was an equipment problem with the SMA SB8000US inverter that was originally installed. I believe it was a new model for that manufacturer which had just come out at the time of our installation. Solarponics immediately replaced it with the SMA SB7000US inverter.
