Very satisfied customer of Unique Solar. Writing to give an excellent two thumbs up recommendation of this solar company. Starting with the Solar Design Specialist, Jeff Hornick to the owner and all the installers and electricians. We have to say that Jeff is not only an outstanding sales person but also a very caring, thorough, patient and knowledgeable Unique Solar Representative who did not use sales pressure to explain what would be entailed with a solar system, how it functioned with SDGE Grid and Net Surplus Compensation to the details of the installation.
We really appreciate how he did not pressure us to go solar, waiting for us to decide (oh over 2 months) and addressing all our concerns. He has awesome customer service skills, active listening and thorough follow up to address our needs and concerns. I have to say that I am a little bit sensitive to the noise levels when work is being done on the roof....he made sure he called his installers to consider my request and needs.
Overall we are very very satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again...and have already recommended them to two neighbors. Not to mention they have very competitive pricing and they use quality products as well.
They met all their deadlines and worked very hard with such a time crunch to work with our new roof project.... read more
