Lie 1: told us installation of their product would cut my energy bill in half ... saved a whole $47 over a year; some months my bill was $100 over last year (combined cost of Vivint and energy company) : was told today that they do NOT guarantee a customer will save money' then told I was saving money that I had saved a whole $47 ..REALLY Lie 2: told couldn't put more panels as energy company would not allow: Called energy company and was told I could add to or upgrade anytime; called Vivint back and was told that they would submit paperwork to add panels; called back today and nope he cant do until system in a year (a whole 3 weeks away) Customer service rep refused to let me speak to a supervisor then left me on hold for 8 minutes Wont let me cancel service as contract is for 20 years .... I am in my 70's .... WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!... read more
