I was very hesitant, but Ruthie made it easy to discuss pros and cons without any sales pressure. She also quickly replied to my requests for additional information, as I'm an engineer and am detail oriented. Blue Raven Solar has excellent project managers, as they delivered promptly on every stage: pre-installation, inspections, installation, then post-installation. After the system was installed, I called their support for additional specifications and information. They provided friendly and prompt service. My neighbors are asking me about it for their homes, as the installed panels look great. About three weeks up and running, the panels are providing about twice what I'm using. I've seen panels with silver aluminum frames or blue panels which look bad. Jinko Premium All Black panels look great installed. Neighbors stop by to compliment how good they look. A solar engineer I know reviewed the specs, and gave two thumbs-up on them. Their producing nicely, even on cloudy days.... read more
