We signed up to get our solar panels through Green NRG in August 2017. Shortly after the panels were installed we noticed we were not getting the 80-90% production we signed up for. We are getting maybe 50%. Therefore our electric bill has not been reduced as we were told it would be. When signing up, we were told that the company would move any panels if needed. We have a section of roof that gets more hours of sunlight. We have sent photos, emails, and phone calls asking for someone to come out and evaluate our system. For over 1 1/2 years we have been promised changes but nothing has been done. We like we were lied to and we have no way to fix the situation.... read more
