We had a person come out to give us their speel about their solar program.. Was a great sales job. They wanted $500 up front just for an estimate after their sales job... We gave them the $500 as we were given a letterhead that stated our money was fully refundable at any time for any reason... Now we have called to get our money back and they give us the run around... on hold for 30 mins to an hour, finally get thru and told we have to talk to someone else that will have to call us back. Nobody ever calls us back. Apparently by all their shitty reviews this is the only way they can make money... Don't ever consider this company. I can only imagine with their horrible customer service and non concern for people how their service would be if your panels ever needed service.... read more
