I had some roof problems that had nothing to do with my solar system from Florida Power Services. But it meant I had to get Joe's help temporarily removing some panels so the roofing company could do their work. Joe was available to help and did a GREAT JOB for a really great price. Hey I was over a barrel and needed help. Instead of taking advantage of the situation Joe did the complete opposite and really came to the rescue. In a world of unreliable contractors and service people, Joe stands out by far as one of the best. Oh, and by the way my system has been working great for a year now. I applied for $ 20,000 in rebates. If FPS was late, or didn`t follow the guidelines, my rebate might not have been awarded. I was very worried about getting the system done within the time limit and with all the rules followed perfectly. FPS helped me with the rebate paperwork. Every inspection was flawless and I got my rebate in a very short time. It was clear that FPS knew exactly what they were doing. I have ZERO complaints. Nothing went wrong and the system was on time, and actually performs better than I expected. That is, they were conservative with their estimates of the system`s generation ability. Very happy.
