OUR SOLAR INSTALLATION WAS GREAT AND PAINLESS HOWEVER THE LOAN SET UP IS NOT SO GREAT.
WE ARE RETIRED AND ON A FIXED INCOME . tHE SOLAR INSTALLATION IS SUPPOSE TO HELP WITH OUR ELECTRIC BILL SO WE CAN BUDGET OUR MONTHLY INCOME BETTER . hOWEVER OUR SOLAR DIDN'T GET TURN ON UNTIL SETP. 20 BECAUSE OF THE CITY INSPECTION AND NV ENERGY . NOW OUR LOAN PAYMENT IS SUPPOSE TO START ON OCTOBER 1ST. THIS MEAN WE HAVE TWO ELECTRIC BILL ON THE FIRST TO PAY . THIS DOES NOT SAVE ME MONEY. I CALL LOAN PAL TO PUSH OUR FIRST PAYMENT TO OCTOBER 1ST AND THEY REFUSE TO HELP. THIS PUTS US IN A BIND WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE A MONTH BREAK BUT NOW IT MAKES US SHORT . . i AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE LOAN COMPANY THAT ELEVATION USES.
