Solartime USA

I had been planning to go solar for several years. I talked to several solar companies in previous years and the answers I got were either incorrect or misleading. When I received an advertisement in the mail from SolarTime USA LLC that showed google maps picture of my house with an initial proposed solar panel layout, it really sparked my interest. I called them and the answers to my questions were very reasonable. I had them come to my house and do a site evaluation that included tree heights, roof angle and orientation etc. They ran the information through a simulation program to determine what I could expect for the amount of solar power that could be generated from a new proposed panel configuration. I decided on an 8.25 Kw installation. The panels, optimizers, and inverter they use are high quality and allow monitoring of each panel and the inverter output using apps on my phone. I watched closely when they installed the panels and especially the electrician. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. They handled all the required city permits and inspections and the Garland Power & Light Inspections, testing and new meter install. Everything went Extremely well. The inspector told me that when he saw Rav (SolarTime guy that oversaw the install) here, he knew the inspection would go well. The system works exactly to my expectations. I still need to have some tree trimming done to improve the output. A couple of weeks after the system went live, I had a panel that was not producing. I sent an Email to SolarTime USA LLC to report the issue. I expected they would get it and come out the next day. Within an hour and a half they had a guy at my house to do an initial evaluation and system reboot to see if that would fix it. I did not. The next day they came out and replaced the panel and its optimizer and got it working again.The system went Live in early April and I have been extremely happy with the system. SolarTime USA LLC really knows their stuff and all the regulations and requirements and how to get the proper permits, inspections and the expectations of the power companies. I highly recommend SolarTime USA LLC for solar. The reason I keep saying SolarTime USA LLC is because there is another company nemed SolarTime that is not affiliated with SolarTime USA LLC.
