I'm working with Solcius through My Smart House. My experience with MSH has been nothing but terrible, but Solcius has been meh. The installation was very fast and the workers were nice. Can't speak for how the panels operate as it's too early in the process, but Solcius did mistakingly send our permit to the wrong city which set us back another 2 weeks on top of the several months we've already been behind from other issues with MSH. The entire solar panel experience has been pretty much terrible so far, and I've lost track of which company is making what mistakes because they both work together, so in my opinion that means they both need some improvements.
NYS solar incentives are a no-brainer. Definitely get solar panels, but do your research on which company you go through first.... read more
