GreeneTech Renewable Energy has worked with us, our local electric co-operative and TVA to get a ground-mount PV array (no battery storage) up and running without major problems. Since starting the process in late 2017 to retain the more favorable utility reimbursement rate, Ian Huddleston and crew came out several times to do the install, connection, and testing. From his shop to our work site, it's a two hour drive. Often, he'd work until early evening. GTRE maintained the agreed-upon contract price, even after the US government imposed a 30% tariff on solar panels, which was immediately passed along to GTRE. The panels were Italian-made (an EU country, not China), but still applied.
