I was provided with all the information I needed during my first visit to Bland. They answered all my questions and follow-up questions. I left with a packet of information to review before making a decision. The credit union they work with -DCU - is exceptional as well. Everything Bland said they would do they did. The installation timeline was accurate and they kept me informed. When I changed Internet providers they helped set the monitoring system up again. They have excellent customer service.
