Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and her answers were right on point. She made the sales process very easy and did not sound pushy. She seems like she cares about NRG and thats because she had good spectrum of information. Installation was very good and polite. They went above and beyond to cut our branches for us to be able to access our backyard with their materials. They got the job done quickly and were stealth. Tiffany coordinated everything accordingly. Robert from quality assurance came out to show us how things were installed, he was excellent with his presentation.
