Our salesperson, Mark McBride was awesome. He explained the entire process, financing options and even suggestions on how to get best results. The installers showed up as scheduled, explained the installation and even repaired/replaced some broken roof tiles (they are sister of a roofing company). Once installed, we were shown how to view the system performance both at the box located in our garage as well as using the smart phone and computer applications.
