My experience with solaroo was good & bad. They started out making me fill like they were going to be there for me all the way. Things started out great. they got the solar panels up in a good amount of time. After the panels were on the house they looked great. After that it seemed like I wasn't important any more. I'd call too see what was going on, or when or if anything was going to be done further. It seemed like a "long "period of time with no response or any communication . I couldn't get anyone to answer their phones or call me back when I would leave them messages. It was like they disappeared off the face of the earth. When I did finally get a hold of someone, They would give me excuses & say this wouldn't happen again, and then it would happen all over again. Next thing I know after not hearing from them "for Quite a while'. I got a phone call telling me they needed to submit the final payment for the installation . So I called them & surprise They answered. We set up the final funding & they committed to have this done in 3 days. It took another 3 weeks to finish. They were suppose to come out to turn on the solar & make sure it was working . " Instead ", they sent me an e-mail telling me how to turn it on and how to set up my solar acc. so I can see how my solar is working . And the solar tax fairies " did't ever show up". They sent me an e-mail to give me the instruction's on what to do for my taxes. It took 4 & 1/2 months from start to finish to get my solar working. It seems to work great .
