I had solar installed early last year. My power bills did not go down. I contacted Brio and they sent someone out to replace the electrical panel. For 2 months I had reduced power bills but never to where I was only paying the "set amount". For the past 2 months, my bills are over $100. I contacted Brio earlier this year and have yet to hear back. In addition, there are no savings on my side only a lot of extra money going out of my pocket. Even during the 15 months interest only, my bills are MORE than they were without solar. Right now, I am paying over $200 for electric including my monthly "interest payment" and my monthly electric bill. This should not be happening!... read more
