I had a 20K watt system installed 3 weeks ago and I could not ask for a better experience. From the beginning the Sales staff was great, no pressure just the information I needed. Customer support was always there, if they didn't have the answers they would get it in less than a day. Engineering and installation was topnotch, they filed for all permitting and inspections.
