I signed up with this company in June. To start with, ION Solar was supposed to go through my HOA but never did and so I got a violation from the HOA. It is now November and they are charging my monthly payments (so I'm paying double to excel and ION) I STILL HAVE NO PANELS ON MY HOUSE or a running solar system!!! I NEVER ONCE HEARD BACK FROM THE SALES REP and have never had the same person follow through on anything. I don't get contacted about updates and the project failed inspection 2 times and no one has ever called me or come out to fix it. NOW I'm trying to get out of the whole deal because I feel like I've been completely scammed and they want to charge me $7000 to take it all down.
Please save yourself time and use a reputable company and DON'T GO WITH ION SOLAR!!!... read more
