Our experience with SunDrop Solar, LLC had a few setbacks but nothing major nor were they not addressed immediately. They were honest and went over & above to be certain we were taken care of. Everything they said we would get, we got, and everything they said they would do, they did. Plana, who is the director of processing stepped in to assist us immediately to follow up with our project and any problems we had. Not only is she compassionate about her work at Sundrop solar, but she is very understanding with customers and very easy to communicate with. Our end result with the company was excellent. They are an honest company, have a great team behind them, and in the end are very sincere about taking care of their customers and giving them a first class product.
