Our salesperson was excellent, and spent a lot of time talking us through the products, the benefits and the options. He explained that the company had recently experienced some growing pains and worked hard to keep me in the loop with me every step of the way. The installation went quickly and smoothly, and the guys were friendly and cleaned up when they were done. I did have a question about a conduit line they had placed, and called to speak with their manager about it since I noticed after the crew already left.
