Solcius Solar (Out of Business)

Recently I had to fill out a form for a State tax rebate. To receive the rebate, I had to have a lot of detailed information that was not in any of the paperwork I had. I was getting frustrated with the process. To finally get the information needed I called Solcius Customer Service. I actually had to call them 3 times to get all the information I needed. My calls were answered by Daniel Camp and was he a life saver for me. He was able to search the records to find the nitpicky answers to the questions needed for the rebate. I messed around unsuccessfully for 2 hours before I got Daniel and then the process went much smoother and I got the rebate information and entered it quickly. Daniel stayed on the phone with me and helped me navigate the process well beyond what was expected of him and it was very helpful to me. Daniels attitude, knowledge, and resourcefulness in getting the information for me is greatly appreciated and save me from losing more of what gray hair I have left. THANKS Daniel.... read more
