The Bay State Solar team is professional and focused on customer satisfaction. We also went through them to re-roof the house before the panels went on. The roofers did a great job too. We are very particular as to how the job looks because it is on the front of our home. We have very little conduit showing and what does show is done tastefully and to our satisfaction. The array and hardware are all black and the panels are productive. Michael Goulart, our salesman, was extremely attentive to our concerns and helped to make sure that things went as smoothly as possible. We also like that he takes drone footage of the progress so we can review or share our solar investment.
