Jack was very helpful and responsive to my questions and they installed the project quickly once they were available (it was summer). He took care of all the interconnection paperwork and was helpful in setting up the communication between the inverter and our wifi router. The project is low on frills but also very low cost, which is all I really was looking for. The panel power optimizers allow for detailed information on each panel's production and will allow me to identify any problems with individual panels if they ever occur.
