Beware this company! They are great up until you sign the contract, but once work starts they are unreliable and untimely in completion of install. I was told install would take a week, and they would only need access to the house 1-2 days, but it took 2 weeks and additional follow-up visits to fix things not completed correctly, including many days needing access to the inside of the house which is hard to schedule around work days. They were messy, leaving my attic access area extremely dirty and did not put my breaker box back together correctly. They would not arrive at the time they said they would (either early or late) making it very difficult to plan my schedule around their visits. They would also show up on days/times not scheduled and call like they had an appointment. I had issues with my monitoring after the install was complete. They made a few trips out and then when they couldn't get it working, stopped answering my calls and emails for additional help (even after I arranged a special appointment with my cable company to do a report on my signal strength and assess my equipment for capability). This monitoring is still not working properly and my system install has been complete for months. Also months after install I found an electrical issue tied to the solar install, and they sent someone out (again showing up before my planned apt time, causing me to almost be late dropping my son off at school when I told them exactly what time I was going to take him when I scheduled the apt) to tell me that it wasn't their problem.... read more
