American Solar Solution

This company has been terrible from the start. They are liars and have horrendous customer service. I've been trying to contact them for months and can never get through to a rep, nor can they return a phone call. Finally got through to a representative and she accused us of lying.
Their system broke down after only a couple months and we still can't get a technician out to fix it. We were told the system they installed would be more than enough to cover our electricity usage but we're still being billed 200/month from SoCal Edison. The rep informed us that the winter months would cause a drop in production, but it's been 80+ degrees and sunny for weeks straight and our system has 0 shade coverage. Try explaining that to the rep and they insist on talking to us like we're children and can't understand how solar energy works.
I've talked to reps from other solar companies about switching and as soon as they hear who installed the system they refuse to even come near the project.
Terrible company, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy because this is absolute hell on earth.... read more
