Sunrun Inc.

I cannot believe that I have write this post, but here it is. Vivint showed up to our house while it was canvassing the neightborhood. Jordan Bagwell, the sales rep was quite nice. He explained the process and we asked very pointed questions: "what if we sell?" Answer, no cost, we just show up and take them away. "what if we remodel" No worries, for $500, we take the panels down and put them back up.

After waiting nearly 8 months to get the system turned on, we decided to sell our house. It was only then that we learned there was lien on the house and to have the panels removed would cost $24,000. When we asked where that was in the contract we signed, we were shown a secondary document that wasn't signed, and never shown to my wife that had this language buried in it. Turns out that Jordan Bagwell sat at our dining room table and lied to us to induce my wife signing the contract, he also neglected to show this very important document.

Do not, under any circumstances use vivint.
