When they went to installed my solar panels they broke a door to a telephone panel located in the exterior of my house on the side wall. After 4 months I was able to talk to Micayla on the phone who was super friendly, knowledgeable and cared to get my issue finally resolved. She worked as the liason between me and her manager and she checked on my status constantly.
