Purchased a NV14 with the NV24 because it matched my price point and was able to easily integrate with my older existing solar. It has operated flawlessly and already reduced my true up bill by discharging to power my house from 4-9 then recharging in the middle of the night so I can still push back to the grid the excess I have during the day to earn credit. One of the more expensive inverters on the market but still lasted only one year.
I contracted Sun Fusion Energy Systems to install a home solar battery back up. The battery system was installed on December 6 and on December 15 the battery exploded and created a fire in my garage causing damage to my property. Walter Ellard came about 45 minutes later once the firefighters extinguished the fire stating that it was a loose busbar and told me that they would take care of everything and give me a refund or replace the battery. A day later the emailed me that told me that he determined that it was a loose busbar and that he was getting the refund put together. Fast forward to today December 28 he has decided to change his story and blame it on me stating I tampered with a 10 day old system, utterly absurd. He refuses to honor the warranty or do anything about it regarding the battery. This battery system was $44,870.00
