Xando Energy

I am not sure of the company is a SCAM or they closed their business. I am trying to call them and sent to them email to reply. Their phones are disconnected and no one answers the email. I need to detaches and reset the panels to renew my roof. It is leaking due to the Hurricane and the roof company can start once the panels detaches. I am so frustrated and don’t know what to do?

If I could leave no stars I would.As an installer with four other hard working gentlemen we would fix old mistakes and made sure the new installs were flawless not knowing the company would shut down, the owner of Xando Jeff did not treat the installers with no respect as we’re just there to make him his money .My experience there was the worst I’ve ever had with a solar company as to holding information from us and not paying us after the company shut down due to not having money from scamming there very own customers and not answering to their phone calls leaving the installers to deal with the havoc. Xando left me in a tight position having to flex my money reach into my savings because they didn’t tell me they would shut down the week of busting my butt and for them to not pay me my full hours worked . I could care less what happens to the company after they pay me what’s owed , I recommend nobody ever work for Jeff the owner or Xando ever !! They’re a joke!!!!!

The install crew did a great job and cleaned everything up before they left. The panels look amazing on my house. The overall process was easy, they took care of everything and explained everything. If you are looking to go solar I would highly recommend giving them a chance.

We purchased a home that just had panels installed as the seller had to move unexpectedly & gave us no info. So, we looked to Xando for orientation. From setting up the Enphase App to fixing a small issue, they had us in the loop in no time. I specifically want to thank Ashley Darling who gets a gold star for customer support. She has gone above & beyond! The home is a vacation home & quite a distance from our primary. I contacted her after Hurricane Ian concerned about the panels when power came back on. She sent a tech to my home to reassure me that everything was in working order, giving us peace of mind from far away. Thankfully, nothing budged from our metal roof & panels were perfect. Recently, LCEC raised rates & my neighbors are upset about high bills. My bill consists of fee to be on the power company’s grid… and thats it! We make enough energy to run AC most of the year, daily pool filter & more. We even got a check from power company for extra power produced! Lastly, we are using the cleanest energy - the power from the sun! A good deal all around.
