False adverting, this company doesn’t stand by their word, they just change company names to charge top dollar for something that they promised they’ll honor when signing the contract. The phone number is the same but they’ll tell you that West Bay is out of business but they do the same work and could service your system but they’ll have to charge a crazy price to come out and service. It’s best to pay the money to a reputable company to service your system.

Company Closed not not honor Labor Warranty
They opened a new company which operates under same phone number and the owner has the same last name as the Owner of West Bay Energy. So they want money now to honor their warranty. Its a scam, family scam business. Owner of West bay Energy has a bunch of dissolved companies in FL. I wish I would check that sooner.
