Volta Solar Inc

Worst customer service.

Good luck trying to get anyone to help you or answer any questions. It hasn't saved us any money. We may actually be paying more. We were told that we wouldn't have to pay for the panels, but we definitely are. I help my mom pay her bills. I was on the phone trying to pay, but they wouldn't let me since my name isn't on the account. That's fine, but they wouldn't even give me a website address, so that I could just pay online. All I was asking for was a public site, which they refused to give me. I had to google search it. Back when they were installing, they took off the cover to my fuse box for some reason. They said they would replace it. Close to a year later, they still haven't done so. And we STILL can't get a hold of anyone to talk to about it.
