Thank you to all the workers at TruNorth Solar. From the very first phone contact to the finalization of the project, TruNorth was there to help every step of the way. They shepherded the project skillfully through the many ups and downs of working with Excel. They explained what was happening at every change point in the project. They made what could have been an exhausting and frustrating experience(especially for me who knew nothing about any of this) into quite an exciting and exhilarating adventure. And now...I can sit peacefully looking at my phone and see how much energy the sun is making for my little home each and every day.

Dealing with the company, TruNorth Solar, has always been a positive experience. All the staff members that I've dealt with over the past 3 years have been professional, efficient, concerened that all my concerns have been taken care of and concerned that I am a satisfied customer. I recently was in communication with Alex Poster. He was willing to stop by to help me with some concerns about how I can better use the app to view that grid charging is enabled...and of course that lead to my thinking of other questions that Alex was will and able to answer. I always like the follow up email that Alex - as well as other staff - sends that summarizes what concerns were addressed and if needed a summary of what concerns/questions need further investigation. TruNorth is the company that I ALWAYS recommend when people ask about my solar experience.

After interviewing nearly every major solar installer in the state, we selected TruNorth. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. They kept us posted every step of the way and were one of the more competitive bids we received on our system. They worked with us to get a Franklin battery installed before it was a more common option. I’d recommend anyone looking into getting solar to at minimum get a bid from these folks. They have great follow through and won’t continue to hassle you with additional sales calls if you decide to go another direction.

TruNorth Solar installed my solar a couple years back now. I'm writing today as my home is still NET ZERO carbon use with my electricity. I've also saved thousands of dollars so far since I have no electric bill most of the year! NOTE: That's with 5 people in the home btw! Another key factor in my recommendation was how TruNorth treated me post my installation. TruNorth sent a crew out months later to remount ALL my panels to optimize the drainage into my new gutter system. I'm sure they didn't make much money on my system, but they really care about taking care of the customer over the long haul... Steve Borden
