True Energy Systems

Great Install, communication and results!

I was very pleased with the level of communication with my project, and Skyler, the electrician who worked on my installation, went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and even get my input on some components and the options I had for placement. If you want an experienced crew and an actual installer that installs your entire project in-house with no subcontractors. I highly recommend

Customer first company

Great team to work with, great value, customer friendly and happy with the final product.

Communication

Updated Jan 17, 2024: The True Solar folks have been providing excellent service and communication since the earlier miscommunication. Communication good until payment made. Then communication stopped. We don’t know the status of the project and get no returns to our inquiries.

Awesome Service

Communication was prompt and all work was done quickly and professionally.

Great to work with

This was an easy process and they are great to work with. We at 3 months in and got exactly what we paid for. They delivered in every part of the project and the results are phenomenal.

Fantastic Company Great People

We had solar installed on our home. It was said that the whole process could take up to 4 months to complete with all the permits that were required. Happy to say that ours was completed from start to finish in approximately three (3) weeks. We were up and running and saving money by the end of the month. The crew was fantastic. Installed everything painlessly and with no problems. Everything was done in a day and there was no mess left behind. All the packing material was removed and not left blowing throughout the neighborhood. It’s the small things that count. Thinking about going solar? Go with these folks. They are priced well and do great work from start to finish. You will be happy you chose them! I sure am. Would do another house with them in the future!

When You Go Solar, Go True Solar

Started the process for solar and were told it could take up to 4 months before everything was approved and we were up and running. It was only 3 weeks from start to finish. True Solar did an exceptional job. They worked diligently and were very professional about all they did. They cleaned up after themselves, removing all the trash and debris that came with unpacking and installation. We are now producing our own electricity and have seen a 28% drop in just 10 days of service. Can’t wait to see what we produce for a full month and what our potential savings will be. Highly recommend this company. They were on the lesser expensive side of things, but are no way cheap. They do not try to upsell you on anything that you do not need. They also do not sell you 100% of your needs, as an over abundance of power production will cause you to lose money. They figure things out and explain things very well so that people can understand the process. When You Go solar-Go True Solar. You will be very happy with everything!

True Solar-Amazing group to work with.

The crew excided my expectations. I feel they were very honest and open on what to expect and how the process would go. The reinforced the information I had previously found in earlier research. They did not try to up sell me on a over sized system or equipment. They use the highest rated equipment. Truly feel they are a great company and did a great job. Looking forward to seeing how my system produces. Terry Waddell

Great company to work .

Every step of the process was made easy by the professional staff. The installers were on time, extremely neat, and made a last minute change to the panel configuration, when I requested it. I've got nothing but good things to say about the whole experience !!

Keokuk install

The team was polite and efficient

Honest and Seamless

I met with John Lenz among 4 other solar representatives. He was honest, had an expert fund of solar knowledge, and not high pressure. I did my research, even going so far as to speaking with the president before choosing True Solar. I have never looked back and am completely satisfied. The payment process, planning, and installation all went perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!!!

Great company!

Just turned power on today. Absolutely great people to work with. Smooth process! Nice equipment too! Clean install. Will recommend them to anyone looking for solar. Will use them on our next house for sure.
