Couldn't have made a better choice!
I can't express how helpful and informative this whole crew is at True Solar. From beginning to end they were there with an answer for us. The entire experience was great and the installation was quick and clean. True Solar Experieince
The process from receiving their proposal to placing the order then installation and final approvals was very easy. A project manager was assigned to me who kept me informed of the approval process as well as worked with me to schedule the panel installation and electrical work. The workers were all very professional and left my place looking as they found it. The solar works as expected and is generating the expected electricity. I have not used nor needed "After sales support" as of yet so I only rated it 1 star.

First-Class experience!
We have had a wonderful experience with True Solar. From our initial educational session, through the sales process and the installation phase, everything was just as expected and very professional. The team kept us informed during each step, explained what to expect, and notified us when individuals would be onsite. The employees were kind, hardworking and very respectful of our property. Knocked it out of the park
True Solar did an exceptional job with my project. From the initial design to working with Alliant Energy to get it turned on; they handled every aspect. I can’t think of anything I would’ve had them do differently! I highly recommend them if you are looking at adding solar to your property.

Our experience with True Solar was great. They were very professional, informative and responsive throughout the whole process. Aside form some documentation that we needed to gather, they did all of the heavy lifting. All we had to do is be patient for everything to get installed, inspected, and approved. I would highly recommend working with True Solar if you're thinking about making the switch from grid to solar!
