Yesterday we had your crew out to install our second system on our garage. The crew worked flawlessly together. Everybody had a job and completed it in the most efficient way. Gerardo, the electrician converted the original electrical system to accommodate 2 system and put a weatherproof load center on the garage to accommodate both systems and pulled larger conductors at carry the load. He spoke with my wife and kept her up to date as the job progressed. When I got home from work he gave me a tour of the new systems and how it was connected to the com ed connection. Which was different from the original. With more protections on the feed from the garage to the house than the original system. Thank you all.

WARNING!!!! Stay away!!! I reached out to Tron In the summer of 2025. I wanted to take advantage of the federal tax credits that would be expiring at the end of the year. We had the best Tron representative and we committed to a very expensive system with a backup generator. The project limped along and in September, I reached out to our contact expressing concern that the project wouldn't be finished by the time the tax credits expired. Finally I received text messages to schedule installation In early December, then they cancelled and moved the date to mid December, then canceled and rescheduled for January. If we had kept that appointment for January, we would have lost the federal tax credit and would've had to pay full price for the system which cost tens of thousands of dollars.I have no idea what types of logistics and difficulties could've happened. Keep in mind, this is not my first solar panel installation project. I had panels on my previous home and the installation, financing, planning, and logistics went on without a hitch. I would stay away from Tron. Save yourself some headaches in about $25,000 and go with Sun Run.

They pay customers to leave reviews. My system has been down for almost 6 weeks, they have told me someone will come in the next 1-2 weeks every time I check in. Their service and reliability leaves much to be desired. Will update review when system is repaired.

I started the process with another company. 6 letters starts with S ands with N and it rhymes in the middle. They were the worst. Lies left and right and said u needed $10K in work to do project but couldn’t say why. Then they went silent. I put out on social media I was looking for someone and Steve with Tron called me. Best experience ever. He was super honest and waited while I built a new garage to put panels on. Don’t hesitate to call Tron and ask for Steve T. You will be happy you did

Isaiah Brook ia personable and absolutely great to work with. A true professional, extremely knowledgeable. He explained the entire program, process, and benefits of going solar to get away from the ever inflating costs of buying my energy from the utility. Transparent of all available options to allow me to make the best choice for my home and family. He was very involved throughout the entire process (sales - installation) and accessible for follow-up questions.

Everything from beginning to end could not have been smoother. I was kept in the loop from day 1 and highly recommend using Tron Solar for any of your solar needs. Top notch service and would give them 12 stars if I was able to. I recommend to all I can.

We used Tron solar for out install in 2019 and the system has issues. I first had contact with Andy the sales guy and he seemed knowledgeable and made us comfortable with going with the company. But after the install we were dealing with another associate Giray who didn’t know anything about solar and our system! He has since moved on and now it’s even worse as our system never reported output correctly so we get errors from our app. I don’t have anyone to work with since the original guy left and when I reach out it goes in circles. My bill for electric is now more than when we didn’t have solar! And I have to pay a loan on top of that! Definitely not happy with their job. They underpowered us and when I try and inquire about additional panel they say “well I don’t like the errors we see with your system.” Yea come fix it then! And they have now told us on 2 separate occasions that they are coming out to check the system and every time they no called, no showed!! Avoid this company and the headaches.

Was very happy with the quality of the products and the installation, but working with Brian Platt as the sales rep was the best experience. Great guy, knowledgeable, very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. And the few speedbumps that came up, he was attentive and showed outstanding dedication to resolving them correctly and quickly (and I must say that Giray Emsun does amazing work and is also a great human being). Tron should retain and promote these individuals!

The installation crew did a really nice job. The installation looks good. The installers clearly communicated what they were going to do. It was clear they had taken the information from the electrical survey and planned the installation in advance.

This company gave us false information. We were told we could get $16,000 back in federal funds and rebates. Andy Beckett lied to us. When we filed our taxes we were only eligible to get only $900.00 back. They took the rebate back for the state of Illinois that was an incentive. Stay away from this company.

Brian has been nothing short of professional. His communication is second to none. He operates as if he owns the company. It’s refreshing to know companies still make customer service a priority. Thanks Brian for stepping in to handle the reinstall!

Just received a presentation from Tron Solar regarding solar panels on my house. Brian Platt gave a great breakdown of how it works and was able to take a complex subject and really explain all the details in an easy to understand format.

Overall, I am quite pleased. Steve, my representative, was friendly and professional. The panels work as expected and look nice.

Words cannot explain or do Jaime Wilson justice for the amazing customer service that we received from her and her staff. There are always bumps in the road, and things that are out of our control. The communication was better than we expected!!!! I would highly recommend Trom Solar for your solar needs. They are professional and cannot speak highly enough of them. Don't make a mistake and go with anyone else... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I can't speak of the quality of the product because I am still waiting for it to be connected. Salesman sold me on the idea of the quality of work insisted on by the owner. Installation crew damaged a landscaping light without notifying me, had to go into the attic as part of the installation and left a trail of insulation throughout the house when they left at the end of the day. When it came to the day for technician to connect the wiring he spent a good part of the time on a personal phone call. Now I find out that the installation didn't pass inspection from the electric company. The salesperson hasn't returned calls and the company person that answers the phone hasn't made effort to make me believe that they care when I brought these issues to their attention.

Initial sales pitch to us assured us they had all the parts they needed. This was a lie. We started this in April. It's l;ate August and we're still waiting for installation after over a month since we approved engineering's design. They say they're waiting for a part. I'm a pro electrician and this year I've not had to wait more than 3 weeks for any specialty part. What happens if something breaks? We'd be paying off a $70,000 loan for a non-functioning system 3+ months long?

I would like say 'thank you"! to the Tron team for such a wonderful solar experience. It will be great doing business with you guys. I especially want to thank our Salesman Marlon Erazo for being such a blessing during this transition. Our family had no idea about Solar and I was very skeptical at first. However, because of the diligence and kindness that Marlon has shown us, we were able to transition successfully. Marlon has been there with us from start to completion and we are grateful for him. Excellent company! Great experience working with their employees. Hard worker who installed the panels rain / shine. You can really see the dedication they have . They didn’t leave my house until the work was totally done & we’re both satisfied. Great job & well done. I’ll recommend this company anytime with no hesitation at all. Tan pronto mi sistema est� conectado con Duke Power estar� informando los detalles. Update: Y� llevamos 7 meses con el sistema de paneles solares. Notar�n que quit� 2 estrellas y me explico. Aunque �stos sistemas trabajan bien, es importante que se aseguren que le instalen paneles solares en ambos lados de su techo para que eviten tener que pagar a la compa��a de energ�a (Duke's Power) dinero adicional. Durante la temporada de lluvia en la Florida tiende a llover despu�s del mediod�a casi todos los dias. S� solo tienen paneles en el lado suroeste como en mi caso, pierdes producci�n de energa por no tener paneles en el lado noreste. Pues los paneles solares producen energ�a en su m�xima capacidad cuando el sol est� directo a ellos. En mi caso, en la temporada de lluvia cuando el sol est� directo a los paneles solares, es cuando empieza a llover. Cuando eso pasa, los paneles no producen energ�a el�ctrica. Al no tener paneles solares en mi lado noroeste del techo, no hay compensaci�n de energ�a producida, porque no hay paneles solares en el lado opuesto de nuestro techo, donde el sol de toda la ma�ana est� m�s fuerte. Y� llevo pagando por 2 meses corridos $50 adicionales al pago de $112 mensuales del pago por financiar los paneles solares. Se supone que solo est� pagando $13 adicionales mensual a Duke's Power por el costo de estar conectado con ellos. By not having solar panels on my northwest side of the roof, there is no energy offset produced, because there are no solar panels on the opposite side of our roof, where the all-morning sun is at its brightest. strong. Very satisfied with the quality service. The company is always in communication and its salesperson Pedro Ovieda is very professional, friendly and explains the entire process very clearly.

Tron is a great company to work with. Meeting with Joe within days from my request we received all the information we needed to decide to go solar. Joe was extremely helpful and always available. The installers did a great job and were very professional. Customer service is always available. Tron is very deserving of a 5 star review!

The search for a quality company to install my solar panel system in my home can be a confusion task. Tron has met all expectations in the products they use and installation quality and attention to detail. Our electric bill has been reduced significantly and the process to receive solar incentives from the federal and state Gov was easy and honest. Very pleased with all aspect of the process of moving to solar with Tron Solar.

It has only been 3 weeks since I signed up and we are installing. This is my 2nd property to get Tron to install solar. My 1st property's electric bill is less than $2 some times negative. Alex worked everything behind the scene and he was able to get the permit approved in less than 2 weeks. No complains so far, I cannot wait till I get activated and start saving on my electric bill.

I have had my panels just under a year. Everything is Great. The installation was quick, professional and efficient. The follow up on my questions has also been excellent since the installation of my system. I would highly recommend Tron Solar to anyone looking to install a solar system. No nightmares here.

Tron solar team explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions prior to the install. Going on a few years since the install and the company still reaches out regularly to check in and make sure things are still going as expected. Great service all around.

We met with other companies and Tron Solar had the best structure and layed out all the steps. Their team of engineers and installers answered all our questions, and the work was well done and timely.

Many moving parts to getting something going like this but it was good to know you can contact someone and they will help you find an answer. Installation was great, inspection was good, tron literally handled most if not all the work. Cant wait to start seeing the saving on my bill. Need a referral, just hit me up. My Guy is awesome.

Great people to work with, from start to finish

The Tron guys were fast, efficient, clean and polite. I had a couple issues after installation which they fixed immediately. My system has been in for 2-months now and operating as expected. They stand behind their work. They even worked with me to design an efficient system that you don't see from the street. Other solar sellers still stop at my door as they can't see it. The application on my phone shows me the power its creating and my electric bill has gone down. This is a no money down lease program i opted for. Highly recommended. No money down. $500 each for referrals (i got two) and I am getting a check for my first year of lease payments. So even though my electric bill won't totally go to it's lowest until next spring... because it's so late in the year...I am money way ahead. Highly recommended.

Tron Solar alleviated our anxiety of how to reduce our carbon footprint by being approchable, informative and organized. Sending a Regional Manager instead of a regular sales rep we feel was encouraging and extremely informative. We felt we could ask any question without the being pressured to purchase. Any call or text was answered right away. Installation team is professional and curteous. We'd recommend Tron Solar to anyone who is contemplating reducing their carbon footprint and questions from their personal research answered. Truly a wealth of information and not just what is written on a piece of paper.

Installing Solar with Tron was an educational experience for me and my wife. Thankfully, Tron navigated us correctly through the steps of the project and we had a fully functioning Solar service up and running in a few months.

Tron was great to work with. Great communication during the process. Install team did a good job and were very professional. Got it done in mid-spring and already enjoying the benefits. They helped us get installed a device that allows us to monitor our production and consumption real-time that also identifies what turned on and remained on. Great device!

Great group of guys to work with from beginning to end. Jared was our initial sales rep and Adrian was the PM with a phenomenal crew! The whole process was extremely smooth and I never felt that there was a question I shouldn't ask. They took care of a new roof as well as solar panels. Professional, timely, respectful and informative. We even utilized Tron's Home Improvement in order to get windows throughout the entire house. Highly recommend!!
