Tri-State Solar Services

We have had solar panels from Tri State for over 6 years now and we haven’t had a single complaint. The service aspect is incredible. More recently, we had to reroof the house so I had the solar company take down the panels and another roofer reshingled. We had a particularly bad storm and there were leaks. I called Tri State to come and check things out. They came out twice. On the 2nd trip, they sent out a roofing pro to identify every area where the roofer goofed. Very informative walk through of what I could do myself and what I would need to bring up to get warranty coverage. This visit has given me complete piece of mind in the choice to go with tri state in the first place! Thank for you looking out for me and my family when I needed it most.

I finally found a solar company that does what it says it’s going to do, is friendly and doesn’t leave the place in a mess. Tri-state responded quickly when Solar Medix wanted me to wait for nearly 2 months for service. Dino diagnosed the problem quickly, and the system was up and running. He stopped back to make sure it was OK and they even fixed a problem with the app that I’ve been trying to get Solaredge to fix for four months. Plus, you get to talk to a real human when you call.

The customer service is beyond helpful and generally they are definitely top top rated. If there were more stars available, they would deserve it.

Great company to work with. We needed to have our solar panels removed & reinstalled in order to replace our roof. We were on a very tight timeline. They worked with us, & also coordinated with the roofing company to be able to have the job done on time. Office staff was VERY helpful and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The technicians were also great.

It was a great experience to work with Gino and Ben. They helped me add an Enphase meter to my add-on solar system. Wired it correctly and helped me troubleshoot two unexpected issues with the meter and fuses. Ben is a very solar knowledgeable company owner, and Gino is a very patient and skilled solar technician.
