The Solar Store

The Solar Store installed my solar panels in 2016 & it’s been wonderful not to have much of an electric bill these past 10 years. A year ago 5 of my panels weren’t working properly but they were still under warranty. It took over a year for LG to honor the warranty but they also covered the labor so my solar is back at full capacity. The Solar Store has been great to work with & they’ve handled everything.

After a lot of research, I chose The Solar Store to install panels on my house 11 years ago with microinverters. Happy to say, the system already paid for itself and has required very little maintenance. My tile roof was due for a reset, so Jesse and Alexis came out to pull off the panels, then did a great job re-installing them with the updated IQ8 inverters after the roofers were done. Going with The Solar Store was the right move, 11 years later and I still communicate with the same people. All the other companies that quoted the job back then are out of business and those people who went with them were left with problem systems. If you're wanting a reliable system from competent installers, go with The Solar Store.

The Solar Store has been great. From instalation nine years ago to monitoring and now the conversion of my old inverter to new micro inverters they have been a breeze to work with. The two young men who came to do the work were very nice and professional and working with Kevin, Kathrine and the rest of the staff was great. They are one of the oldest and most reputable solar companies here and it shows in the care they give to their customers.

First off, Jesse, Reuben, Zach, and Tyler came to my place of work to service our system installed approximately 20 years ago. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in their trade. The Solar Store were able to organize the wiring on the roof, and found 16 replacement panels that had bullet holes, and other damage caused by the unknown. Jesse and Nick are awesome, friendly and very knowledgeable capable technicians who not only fix the problem but educate you on how best to take care of your system and double check/test everything before they leave. I recently purchased a house with an Ephase solar battery system and both times there have been issues w/ it The Solar Store staff and technicians have been super helpful and quick to respond to get me and my system back on track!
