Good Products - Inexperienced With Customer Service
It was a positive experience until I received two broken panels caused by their hired packaging and shipping crew. There are no options for replacement, only a store credit or refund. They've abandoned me as a customer, forcing me to find two solar panels. Not a great customer experience.
