I had the same issues as the Taylors and also, they damaged the ceiling of my garage saying they would repair it and never came back I called and sent e mails to them but never got a reply also the over charged for the 20000 job and I now have to pay 25000 back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but issues from day 1. Not only were they really late with finishing the job like over 6 months, we now have panels that don't work and are having an impossible time getting anyone out to look at them. Plus, we have 1000 dollar electric bills, and still paying on the solar. DO NOT go to this company!!

We went solar with this company almost two years ago. The original company owner scammed us. We have the panels but they don’t work. New owner says they bought assets not liability to the company. DO NOT USE This company. I now pay solar loan on top of electric bill. Whole thing is scam.

Nightmare of a business

The reviews for this company and the owner would be more accurate if they were actually written by actual customers and not those whom are part of this big scam of a so called company.. Celeste hedger is Scott hedger and Erica hedgers daughter whom cant be more then 10 yrs old if that from what I have found on social media.. bisignano is another name besides hedger that Scott uses as his alias.. as far as the other false positive reviews that are made on here are made by those of which whoms names I have seen several times listed throughout my research my associated with Scott hedger and this bogus solar company.. funny how on February 25th of 2020 when you pull recent records on the company the plugg LLC and Scott hedgers ownership of said company is no longer listed as being the owner or any association to this solar company.. by the looks of it Scott has been fraudulently doing business of all sorts for a long while.. which he did just get out of jail and is currently on probation for being charged for fraud.. Scott hedger you might feel like you have won by stealing money from so many ppl but us ppl that make our money honestly unlike you have just started to chip away at your fantasy that will end up being what turns your fantasy dream in to your worse nightmare.. those you scammed will come together how ever they can just to make sure justice is served and we get back what is ours which is our money

It’s been 6 months since I got solar panels and Are still not 100% hooked up. They’ve been charging us every month so We are paying the solar bill on top of the electric bill that shouldn’t exist at this point. I am beyond frustrated and even better every time they seem like they’re going to do something about it they blow me off. The only way I can get in contact with someone is when I call with a friend or family members phone so they don’t recognize the number otherwise they send me to voicemail. The owner also likes to communicate through texts and has his read receipts on letting me know he reads every message I send him and he is just not responding. We were promised a refund on our electric bills we’ve been paying the last 6 months since our solar still isn’t up and running and have set dates to have Scott the owner come over to write us a check and get everything finished and he has blown us off everytime. I don’t have one good thing to say about this company that was so promising 6 months ago. On top of everything during the installation of our attic fan 4 months ago one of the employees fell through our ceiling and we are still waiting for them to come and finish fixing our ceiling. I also need tax information from them so I can file my taxes this month. Please don’t tell me as a homeowner I am responsible to figure these things out on my own because trust me we’ve done all we can and more to try and get these things up and running.
