After researching solar for months, we chose TerraSol Energies and could not be happier with that decision. From the very first consultation through final installation and system commissioning, the entire experience was first-class. Being a family-owned business truly shows in how they operate. You're not a number — you're a customer they genuinely care about. Every single person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. What stood out most was how thoroughly they explained every aspect of the process — the equipment, the permitting, the PECO interconnection, net metering, SRECs — all of it laid out in plain language so we actually understood what we were getting and why. No question went unanswered, no matter how many times we asked. They were patient, responsive, and honest throughout. The installation itself was seamless. The crew was clean, efficient, and respectful of our property. The system has been performing beautifully and our electric bills have been dramatically reduced. For what it's worth, this wasn't an impulse decision — I looked at solar seriously three other times over the past seven years and got quotes from multiple companies each time. TerraSol came in with the best price and the best service, and unlike some of the others, they never made me feel pressured. That combination is harder to find than you'd think.

Terra Sol has been an incredible partner in our transition to solar energy. As newcomers to the process, we were nervous about the complexity, but their team made everything smooth, clear, and stress‑free. Great Install, No Headaches, Would Recommend

TerraSol did a fantastic job installing our solar project. Prom the initial meeting with Brett all the way through the final install they were there to answer any questions or troubleshoot any issues. Once the proposal was complete the process was in their hands completely interacting with the city and PECO on our behalf in order to ensure the project continued moving forward in a timely way. The install team was great and very respectful. They set up cones and no go zones while they were working for safety, working in the house they were very respectful and wore booties so as to not track in dirt. At the end of the day the team cleaned up any mess that was made and left the worksite neat and tidy. The system got powered up and we are making good power! I would recommend TerraSol to anyone in the area looking to get solar installed

Utility rate increases were driving me crazy and I was completely new to the idea of home solar when I started considering it in the fall of 2025. I took a detailed approach to picking the right contractor. I considered every solar provider on the State of Delaware list of approved contractors for solar incentives. There are at least 50 on that list. It was New Year's Eve 2025 when I sent an email to every one of those vendors asking who might be interested in our project. Brett from TerraSol was the very first to reply. I was disappointed in the overall response rate, with only maybe ten vendors saying that they were interested. Online reviews, (like this one, I guess), got me down to a smaller list of about five high quality vendors, who I sent requests for proposals to. Again, TerraSol was first to respond, with a great price that blew me away. It laid out every part of the project and the cost. That cost was turnkey and included every single line item of expense. They stuck to that price, I didn't pay a penny more-no extras, no add ons, no hidden fees. I ultimately chose TerraSol over other vendors based on cost and quality of materials. An AI analysis confirmed that they were using industry best racking, panels and microinverters and that they were in fact the clear winner. When it came time to apply for grants and other paperwork, they prepared everything, all I had to do was sign. They beat the timeline they initially gave by a month. Everyone I spoke with at TerraSol was a professional, and the work team was well dressed, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day. I was communicated with routinely and regularly throughout the process. The inspectors that were not TerraSol employees complimented us on the job TerraSol had done. Their relationships with outside parties are clearly great. At the end of the job Brett came and checked on us, and taught us how to use the app and answered our final questions. If I had another solar job to get done, I would use TerraSol without hesitation.

Excellent company

This is an excellent company. We first contacted them 3 years ago or so, and they gave us a good price but we were unable to take advantage of it at the time. A few months before the federal tax credits were due to expire, we contacted them again. though they couldn't schedule us in time to take advantage of the credits, they had even a better offer. By working with their suppliers and reducing some operating costs they were able to provide us with a 10K system and basically reducing the price in lieu of the federal tax credits. We signed on, and due to their backlog and PECO's bureaucracy our system did not get up and operational until the third week in May. However, the whole experience has been superb. Communication with the company is excellent; emails and phone calls were usually returned within the same day. Brett, their salesman, was extremely patient and answered all our questions. The office personnel (Georgina and Rasha) were very helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Installation went very smoothly, and now the system is up and running. I could not recommend TerraSol more highly.

TerraSol came highly recommended to me by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. I came to them in September of 2025 to get an install before the end of the year. They were transparent, honest, efficient and very communicative through the process. They managed all aspects of the installation from planning, coordinating with PECO, securing all permits, and start-up. The installation itself was fantastic and the crew was very professional. Terrasol also stands behind their installations. If there are any warranty issues with any of the equipment, they will be the one stop to manage and complete any repairs. Straight forward, easy process

I highly recommend working with TerraSol for your solar panels. We decided over the summer we wanted to try to get our solar panels installed before the federal tax credits expired. TerraSol was easy to work with from start to finish. Brett came out to meet with us and explain every step along the way. He was very straight forward and there were no surprises. I did not feel like he was trying to upsell us on anything and he just felt honest. Everyone was rushing to get their solar panels installed before the end of the year and we were first told it would be December but because TerraSol wanted to help more customers, they hired more people can got us installed a month earlier than we expected. The installation was simple and everyone was very nice. It was incredibly windy the first day of install, so the workers had to stop for safety (for themselves and as not to damage the solar panels). They were very communicative and told us they would come back in the next week but weren't sure of exactly when but then they finished the very next day. Brett contacted us after install to make sure we were happy and also met with us again to make sure we understood everything. TerraSol also did all the paperwork for permits and approvals making it very easy on our part.

My husband and I could not be happier with TerraSol. The family owned company made us feel like apart of the family during the whole process. Yes, there were some hiccups with the township and PECO, but TerraSol was prompt with responses and continued to be fully transparent the entire time. We chose TerraSol for so many reasons: The quality of products they install, the pricing and making us feel 1000% comfortable. The install team was phenomenal and made sure that this was aesthetically pleasing. If I could give a higher rating, I would.

Great Solar Provider

From the moment we started working with Rob and TerraSol, we knew it was going to be a great experience. The process from TerraSol was lined out very clearly and followed the timeline we were given almost perfectly. Our entire experience with Rob and all the folks at TerreSol Energies was wonderful! We built a new home and Rob's advice and design of our system was thoughtful and thorough. It was head and shoulders above the other outfits we spoke with. The crew who executed the installation was efficient, personable and kind. They were careful to protect our home throughout the process and completed their work in less time than they quoted. The office personnel was thorough in making sure all of our documentation was in order for getting our system registered with our utility company, and for our eligibility for federal tax and state grant purposes. They handled everything! From beginning to end, TerreSol exceeded our expectations and we give them our highest recommendation.

Great experience with TerraSol Energies

We had initially contracted with another company in January 2023 to install a solar panel system on our house. As of August 2024, it was still not done. On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted TerraSol Energies. In two months, they had assessed the work that had been done, revived the expired permit, ordered parts and finished the installation. When a power surge damaged some parts, they sent someone out promptly to evaluate and fix the problem. All of our dealings with the people of this company have been pleasant and professional. We highly recommend this company.

We had our solar system installed by TerraSol at the end of 2024 and couldn’t be happier with it. They provided easy to understand options at very competitive prices, perfect installation that looks great, clear communication about what to expect so there were no surprises, and amazing customer service. They were incredibly easy to talk to about learning our options and didn’t pressure sell at all… we had been going back and forth about getting a solar system for 2 years but regret not doing it sooner considering how things went with TerraSol. Even after the final payment they have continued to respond immediately to any questions we have. A Great Experience, Start to Finish

When we decided to evaluate solar power for our home, we did a lot of research before selecting Terra Sol. Their price was fair and in line with other firms that we evaluated. A major difference was their personal involvement. From the start, the team there has been professional, competent, and effective. Rob thoroughly explained the proposal, provided a model for me to evaluate, and answered all my questions. Carl handled all the engineering aspects, including effectively resolving a challenging issue we had with the electric company’s approval process. The installation team completed the job swiftly and with high quality. Throughout the process, Rasha kept us informed on the process, status, and upcoming events so there was never a doubt about where things stood. We are very pleased with the results and look forward to years of solar power generation.
