Suntegrity Solar

Highly Recommend Suntegrity in Santa Rosa for solar

I bought a new duplex that had a minimal 8-panel system. I wanted to be able to charge my EV quickly and power the whole house with minimal grid usage; I also wanted a reputable long-term local company to do the work. Suntegrity did a great job educating, helping to choose an enPhase system, green EV charging, modifying the old system, installing 21 new panels and financing with Concert/Propel to minimize price now that rebates to homeowners are gone. They know their stuff and have good professional people. I highly recommend them.

We used Suntegrity Solar for the system on our new home in Corte Madera, and I'd recommend them without hesitation. As a first-time solar customer, I didn't know much going in — but Dawn, Keith, and the team made it genuinely easy. They were communicative at every step, thorough in their work, and fast. Where they really stood out was navigating the permitting and PG&E interconnection process. That side of things is cumbersome and confusing at face value, and there were a few hurdles along the way, but Suntegrity handled it and kept me informed the whole time. They took what could have been a headache and made it painless. If you're considering solar and want a team that communicates well and gets it done, these are your people. Thank you, Suntegrity!

Outstanding Firm

Suntegrity Solar did a superb job installing my solar system. Honest, great communication, team work and a great result. I highly recommend this firm for your solar needs.

Great experience with this local business from start to finish, from the initial meeting with Keith all the way through the installation and follow-up with Jeremy and team.

This could not have been easier

I was referred to this company from someone I trust. Both Myself and wife's expectations were far exceeded. When the installers came, each one of the crew introduced themselves to my wife and shock her hand. I got a call from her telling me how comfortable she was with the entire crew. All questions I had were addressed immediately, All of the inspections and dealing with PG&E were handled by Suntegrity Solar quicker than I have ever seen. We were expecting to get our PTO, or Permission to Operate, from PG&E in 2 weeks after the final inspection, it was 2 days when we got turned on and approved from PG&E. These folks do what they say and that is hard to find now a days. If you are considering Solar in the Bay Area, these are the folks to talk to.

Great Company

We are very happy that we chose to go with this company. They had been recommended to us by our son. Their employees are wonderful to work with. Very polite and considerate. I highly recommend them. We really prefer to go with a local company anyway.

Suntegrity Solar is hands down the best!

Suntegrity Solar is a top-notch local company (not a big national chain) that gets my highest recommendation. You will get superior service, prices, installation methods, and customer service. Everyone working there are true professionals who are at the top of their game. No gimmicks, No sales talk, only good accurate information on the best system for your needs and how to get the most bang for your buck. They use only quality products and do not subcontract any of their work. I interviewed and received estimates from 7 or 8 solar contractors and when I compared them with the others it wasn't close- they stood well above the rest.

Top Level Solar Contractor

From the quote to final PG&E sign-off, Suntegrity continued to impress me with clear communication, knowledge, and friendly staff. They quoted the best products for the same price as the other guys and delivered great service. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

Carefree installation.

I have another house by the coast that I had installed solar system in 2011. It was smooth until it wasn't. So with this install, I was prepared. Started very cautiously. As the project was stalled with supply chain issues I was irritated but the staff kept me informed. When it finally started, it went like clockwork. My power credit is growing and I'm looking forward to winter at see what my power cost is. I highly recommend Suntegrity Solar to anyone thinking about installing solar.

Good experience with Suntegrity

Have just gone operational w/utility. This company and personnel very congenial and professional to work with. The system is my 3rd full system, with storage, in 3 homes in Sonoma County over last 15 years. I think it will be the best. I particularly like how system is monitored in easily accessed and understood phone application.

the staff is professional in manner and detail.

Suntegrity was referred to us from a very reliable local electrician. They delivered and assembled the Solar System as planned. I was informed and notified all through this process and their staff was very professional.

Great local company

Great local company, knowledgeable staff from top to bottom, and extremely responsive, especially in this new pandemic environment. We will be contacting them in future for additional solar storage install.

Top of the line!

I contacted 5 solar companies and I have to say most were very uneducated about solar installations. I had responses ranging from, "We can only put up 9 panels -why? "Because you don't have enough south facing roof." to "Oh, we can't install on your roof because you don't have an attic." When I contacted Kreutzfeld construction (Suntegrity) They immediately said, " We have a lot of possibilities, let me come out and look over your roof and I'll give you all your options." When the tech arrived he already had a layout of my roof he got from satellite photos and even knew where shadow generators were located (chimney and roof vents and even some trees!). He then spent about an hour on the roof with a tape measure and when finished proceeded to show me a computer graphic of my roof and the sun location and length of shadows that would cover some panels -for the 365 days-WOW I was impressed, BUT I was told you cannot install on a roof that has no attic? and much of my roof faces north. He promptly said, "We can do "reverse tilt" and we can double your panels. and we will carefully measure where your roof beams are and bolt directly on them". -Again impressed. They arranged and worked with the county of Sonoma with their Solar loan program and even found American made panels for the same price as foreign made ones! The Crew was prompt, friendly, very careful, and respectful of my property and left the area totally cleaned up. Everything passed county inspection. A little bit of follow up was needed and they quickly responded and made any corrections/additions as necessary. And this was 2 years ago and my 28 panel 56.7 Kwh. system works flawlessly. I cannot say enough great things about Suntegrity. Try them you will like them. Highly recommended A+!

Great people, seamless, first class job!

We selected Suntegrity for a 10 panel system for our home and couldn't be happier with the results. From the our initial discussions with Alan, to installation by Jeremy, Colby, Mark & John, and finally to Dawn for the paperwork & setup PG&E - all cheerfully, professionally and seamlessly done. All I had to do was pay for their excellent work, which I was happy to do! I would strongly recommend Suntegrity. No pressure & a willingness to cheerfully answer all questions. All in all, a job well done!! Thanks.

I am so happy I chose Suntegrity Solar

After meeting with 5 different companies I chose Suntegrity and am so glad that I did. Their customer service is top notch. Competitive pricing and really helped explain the different kinds of solar panels and inverters to me. They are easy to deal with and it has been a wonderful experience working with them.

Great company

We went with Suntegrity and couldn't be happier. From the 1st meeting to their follow up after installation everything was 1st class! They were very communicative throughout the entire process, answered all our questions and were all very personable and accommodating. I would and have reccomended them without any hesitation or reservations.

Feedback

I had a 37 panel system installed in March. Suntegrity was very professional from the beginning of the bid process thru to the completed installation. Patient, flexible, cost competitive and most importantly, delivered on all my expectations. Well done.
