SunTalk Solar

Warranty not helpful

We have had this Enphase unit since May of 2023, the unit has been doing it's job. Since Feb 2024 the unit stopped recording information. Now they're telling me they will replace the part but I have to pay for the labor $400. I have spent a very, very large amount of money already and am not sure why I must spend more for a product that hasn't even made it a year, WHY? My Install was great, So is this just a bad quality Envoy panel that I have to pay labor to correct every year, not good, not happy. I will be digging deeper into this issue. I got the word that the installers have the part on their truck like this is a common problem, this can make you think is this a scam.

Existing customers, move to the end of the line!

We had solar installed 4 years ago by SunTalk. Last month the panels needed to be removed so our hail damaged roof could be replaced. SunTalk told us it would take 3 weeks before they could get us scheduled for the removal (and then showed up sooner, with last minute notice.) Now, we're waiting another 3 or so weeks for panels to be reinstalled. And this is at 2 to 3 times the rate charged by other solar companies. (Our roofing company has worked with a number of other solar suppliers and was shocked at prices quoted.) Not impressed by the way they care for existing customers. Move to the end of the line!
