Sunfire Solar Systems LLC

Sunfire Solar Systems was contracted to do a repair on my Solar System. An “Optimizer” was ordered. When it arrived, I told Sunfire Solar Systems and was given a repair time and date. The technicians arrived, replaced the optimizer and checked the system. Technicians were friendly and professional. When they were done I was told to call Sunfire Solar if I needed anything else.

Excellent service

Response excellent, Interactions phone and in person timely, considerate, and friendly. Personnel are professional and knowledgeable. Clearly focused on supporting their work post-installation. Was thrilled they are rolling out an opportunity for on-going annual services(periodic system checks, cleaning panels annually, etc at a very reasonable price. Would definitely refer Sunfire to any of my friends needing solar installations. Steve Andersen

Our solar installation

Sunfire's representative, William Kemp, was straightforward and informative. The installers were polite, answered questions, and cleaned after finishing. Sunfire was prompt with the NM tax paperwork.

Excellent Service

Sunfire Solar Systems did an excellent job installing our solar system. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything, answering all questions I had. The process was very easy and they took care of everything. I highly recommend them.

Best for solar

If you are looking for solar I highly recommend Sunfire! Very knowledgeable and professional in all areas. Best part is the customer service and communication. They do not leave you hanging. Respond time is amazing and I know they are super busy. They go above and beyond! Great company and great people!

Would Definitely Recommend

They came to our house and went thru the entire process. We told them other things we were wanting to accomplish and they were able to do it all. From the solar panels to a new dual unit to a new mini split. They went above and beyond what I thought they would do. We have a room that used to be an outdoor patio and converted to a sunroom. Sunfire did all the work to install the mini split so that room is now heated and cooled. Very professional from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Sunfire Solar. Thank you Thomas and your staff. Shane and Donna Feb. 7, 2024

These guys are amazing

Finding good people in the trades is getting harder and harder year after year. I gave up years ago and learned how to do most things myself. Sunfire and their team have shown me they're the exception. Every step of the way, they were highly professional and knowledgeable. They took better care of my roof than I would and truly put love and care into their work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Helped me when others wouldn’t

Sun Fire Solar troubleshot my inverter, coordinated with solar edge and ordered parts, and then replaced my inverter. Huge impact because they got my system back up when others were not willing to help. Marco and his team are awesome people and reliable and honest. 100% recommend!

Great overall experience with Sunfire Solar.

I found Sunfire Solar through Energy Sage, along with several other solar contractors that I received quotes from. After “interviewing” Sunfire, and other contractors, I selected Sunfire for my project based in part on their positive customer reviews and pricing. Another important factor in my decision was the knowledge, hands on experience, and professionalism of Thomas Kemp. Thomas worked with me to develop a projection of monthly and annual electric use with the recent addition of two plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and a hot tub; demands not reflected in historical use data. And then Thomas worked with me on a “bundle” of home energy improvements that included replacement of the electrical service panel, purchase and installation of two high-efficiency mini-split heat pumps, and a 6.4 kw solar PV array. The bundled price was very competitive relative to quotes from other contractors. Soon after an agreement was signed Sunfire went to work on the service panel replacement and then the mini-split heat pump installation. Of note is that I was allowed to specify the brand and models of the heat pumps. Installation of the PV array was the final step and was delayed approximately two months while approval processes and permitting were completed by the electric utility and the City of Albuquerque. The array was energized two weeks ago and to date it has performed exactly as projected in terms of peak output and daily yield. Based on what I see so far I’m confident the annual projected yield will be realized and will meet 95-100% of our household electrical use, including that of the two PHEVs. And finally, all of the individuals I interacted with through the duration of the project were responsive, easy-going, and professional. This included the assigned project manager, other office personnel, the electrician, HVAC guy, and others involved in the installation of the PV array. Overall I had a great experience with Sunfire Solar and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Great experience

I like working with intelligent people who don't drag their feet, what more can I say? Thomas is awesome! I'm getting credits and have a negative balance with EP Electric so far. Since my system went live the end of Jan., I don't have enough and with high cooling bills will see a couple of months with small bills. then this Fall I should have enough to carry me through the winter and never again pay a penny for electricity!

Great Service and pricing

Tom was very informative and explained everything very well and was not pushy like the other Solar Companies that I got proposals from. Will highly recommend to family and friends who are looking for Solar services!

Great Work

Start to finish, this was very organized and well planned. A couple of small issues caused by the city electric company but we pushed right ahead and i'm very happy.

Knowledgeable and prompt

A good experience with this firm. We had a number of bids and some seemed like snake oil salesmen. Thomas was knowledgeable and very prompt in responding to questions/concerns. Good price for quality equipment.

Quality product and install

The entire process exceeded my expectations! There was ZERO pressure to buy, no misleading promises or statements made, just information about their product (which they know A LOT about!). Without hesitation, I would recommend them!

Totally Satisfied

Everyone I had contact with was professional and knowledgeable. Sunfire Solar delivered with my complete satisfaction. They designed and installed my solar system quickly and were able to make a few requests for me on the fly. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable all through the process. I could not have been happier. I can recommend Sunfire Solar 100%.
